Job Description
We have around 30 open roles for the below JDsand looking to understand:
- feasibility to close through the Contract route
- how many can we close (actual joinees) within the next 30 days and 60 days
- the existing challenges in the market for THESE SKILLS as we have seen major offer declines in the past 3 months. Please submit the Market Availability Report incase we are facing limited pool availability

PySpark JD:
3 years of ETL development experience(PySpark) withstrong SQL background
3 years of handson experience of building anrationalizing data processing systems
2 experience with any traditional RDBMS (e.g.Teradata Oracle DB2.
2 years experience working with data platforms (Datawarehouse Data Lake ODS)
Data Engineering Role Description:
Experienced Data Engineer with Spark PySpark SQL& Databricks skills Evaluate and understand the existing python / pySparkfunctions and identify the data dependencies (Databricks) poor currentdocumentation Work with team to develop new Snowflake data layer DevelopSemantic layer to interact with ThoughtSpot Assist in leading offshoreresources
- Skills (bold are key skills)
- Strong skills in Python Programming
- this includes strong fundamentals on setting up python projects leveraging virtual environments
- resolving version conflicts of python and libraries
- understanding of libraries
- writing effective configurable modular code
- should be able to guide other team members etc.
- DataBricks Service (on any cloud preferably Azure)
- PySpark programming experience
- Strong SQL Experience
- Apache Airflow Experience
- Snowflake (may not be expert)
- CI/CD Experience with Jenkins Pipelines Code Coverage Scans etc.
- Less dependent and selflearner on new technologies as we may adapt in future (like Kuberenetes Docker etc.
