Job Description
Hey there! We are hiring starting May 2024. Our summer painting business is currently seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills. As a painter you will be responsible for various projects at multiple job sites throughout the summer. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED although previous labour experience is a bonus!
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
A mode of transportation to travel between job sites
A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Works well in a team environment
We also have specific job positions of Interior and Exterior Painters. Both roles include:
Communicating with clients and ensuring satisfaction
Preparing surfaces by cleaning filling sing and sanding them
Applying paint varnish stain or other coatings using brushes and rollers
Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working on ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas
We offer competitive pay with rates starting at $17.50$25 an hour and a fun and supportive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain valuable work experience and earn some during the summer months.
