Investor Services Representative - Trader

UMBs Investor Service Representatives build and develop strong vendor internal and external customer relationships by providing excellent customer service in all interactions. Our team is properly developed to carry out all trading responsibilities and interact with associates through formal and informal means to develop a productive engaged work force.

The Investor Service Representative provides a high level of expertise to business partners and helps them provide an exceptional experience for all our customers. This position is responsible for providing business development through client relationships understanding client needs and delivering solutions through proactive clients call assessing service level needs and utilizing a team approach with business partners.

Working in the Investor Services group can be challenging detailed and very team oriented. We perform at a high level for our clients and believe that relationships both internally and externally are key to UMBs success. It is an environment where associates take pride in their work support each other provide the resources needed to succeed and always work as a team. How youll spend your time:

• You will be responsible for executing brokerassisted trades
• You will build relationships and engage with customers to provide support and resolve requests
• You will provide investment options and recommendations using the approved mutual fund stock list
• You will respond to incoming calls requests for information
• You will make account updates including new account setup and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned.

• You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• You demonstrate a high level of financial services industry knowledge
• You possess FINRA Series 7 24 66 4 as well as Life & Health Insurance

Compensation Range:
