Logan Health has an opportunity for a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Heart & Lung Cardiology Specialty Clinic in Libby MT!
Our busy clinic sees approximately 20 patients per day. Were looking for an RN who is flexible detailoriented and comfortable with blood draws (training available if needed). If youre a team player with a passion for patient care this may be the position for you!
Heres some of what youll be doing:
Rooming patients
Perform vitals EKGs blood draws and IVs
Prepare patients for telemedicine visits
Chart and medical records prep
Process medication refills and follow up on provider results
Conduct nurse visits assess patients and report findings to providers
Patient follow up calls
Work alongside specialty providers and medical assistants to deliver highquality patient care

Qualifications:
Current Montana RN License or a multistate compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
BSN degree preferred.
Current HCP CPR certification required.
Minimum of two 2 years nursing experience preferred.
Current ACLS and PALS certification may be required in certain departments and successfully obtained within six 6 months of hire.
Excellent organizational skills detailoriented a selfstarter possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
Performs patient assessment. Utilizes all available sources of information and incorporates the patients perception of illness.
Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate.
Consistently identifies safety issues concerning the patient and staff during visit.
Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider.
Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
Participates in the development and delivery of education and competency validation of clinical staff.
Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an ongoing basis per department standards.
Administers medications per provider order.
Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking and completing all department competencies.

Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
Shift:
Day Shift 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Day shift 40 hours per week. Monday Friday. Shifts are generally between 8 a.m. 5 p.m. No holidays no weekends and no on call. Located in Libby MT.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
