Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and resultsdriven SME to lead our Telecom OSS/BSS transformation and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess 15 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely and collaborate with functional and business units to understand their business processes to build enterprise tax solutions.
• Ability to be able to provide current state assessments. Be able to identify and document platform/system impacts technical debt and risks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise architects to align and build OSS/BSS solutions and Program manage large transformation
• Lead and facilitate end to end design discussions and reviews of detailed vendor design artifacts.
• Work closely and collaborate with partners/vendor teams to drive alignment and ensuring tax solutions meet the needs of business goals and required architectural vision.
• Provide technical leadership in evaluating and providing options/recommendation to management to select appropriate components technologies platforms etc.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts: Long/short term architecture diagrams sequence diagrams high level mapping documents.
• Ability to communicate architecture and strategy at different levels to multiple audiences (SLT CXO Program Directors Designers)

Qualifications:

• Required: 1520 years of software engineering experience
• Required: 10 years of experience in solutions design or enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions
• Wide breath of experience/knowledge in Wireless/Telecom and/or OSS/BSS
• World class collaboration skills be able to lead and/or participate in technology/functional conversations with cross functional teams
• Experience with infrastructure builds (on prem and cloud prefer cloud experience)
• Performance optimization and best practices for scalable platforms/architectures
