Job Description:
What Youll Do
Responsible for planning and overseeing smalltomedium or assisting with large/complex product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the companys long term objectives. Orchestrates workows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model. Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case scope the work and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

How Youll Do It
- Responsible for creating and overseeing processes related to the Ops Regulation.
- Manage data for ongoing reviews and works with Compliance on customer communication and tracking.
- Would be responsible for the cleanup and documentation of existing partners to ensure they are meeting the new standards defined in the Ops Regulation.
- Leads smalltomedium programs or help support large/complex programs. Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across crossfunctional teams with internal and external partners executes on architecture & product driven initiatives. Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.
- Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials scope risks
and dependencies. - Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and
ensure alignment on vision and strategy. - Provides leadership and guidance to teams/business units where there is no clear
organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet
institutionalized or adopted. - Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture
of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an
executable projects. - Utilize project management standards and best practices to lead workstreams within assigned programs as needed.
Qualifications Youll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management
- 4 years Program or Project Management or related experience
- In lieu of education 6 years Program or Project Management or related experience

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77500.00 to $131500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as but not limited to geographical location relevant experience education and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
