Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Vice Principal Academics to join our esteemed educational institution in Benin City Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our academic programs fostering educational excellence and driving student achievement.
- Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic academic plans and policies
- Oversee curriculum development implementation and evaluation across all grade levels
- Lead and mentor teaching staff promoting professional growth and innovative teaching practices
- Analyze student performance data to inform decisionmaking and improve academic outcomes
- Ensure compliance with national educational standards and regulations
- Facilitate the integration of technology in classroom instruction and administrative processes
- Coordinate with parents community members and educational partners to enhance the schools academic reputation
- Contribute to the schools overall leadership and participate in administrative decisionmaking
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or related field (required)
- Minimum of 35years of experience in educational leadership roles
- Proven track record in academic program management and curriculum development
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis
- Indepth knowledge of educational policies best practices and the Nigerian educational system
- Demonstrated ability in teacher evaluation and professional development
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Visionary mindset with a commitment to educational innovation and excellence
