Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Head of Desk/Trading for a finance company. As the Head of Desk/Trading you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our trading activities. You will develop and implement trading strategies monitor market trends and lead a team of traders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trading strategies and plans
- Monitor market trends and analyse data to make informed trading decisions
- Manage and oversee the trading activities of the company
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Identify and manage risk exposure
- Lead and motivate a team of traders
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve trading processes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field
- Proven track record in trading with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities
- Knowledge of financial markets trading strategies and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
