Job Description
Job Title: Car Sales Agent
Location: Virginia Beach VA
Employment Type: Full Time Salary (individual contributor role)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Car Sales Agent at RK Auto in Virginia Beach Virginia. As a Car Sales Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing their perfect vehicle from our dealership. This is a fulltime individual contributor role with opportunities for growth within the company. *4K SIGNING BONUS*

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences in a vehicle
Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
Conduct test drives and demonstrate features of various vehicles
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
Attend sales and product training programs to stay updated on new vehicle models and features
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals set by the company
Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurately completed for each sale
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales preferably in the auto industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Selfmotivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets monthly average of 10 vehicles
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficient in using technology and computer software for sales and customer management
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
