Job Description
The company is a fullservice plastic injection molding contract manufacturer and FDAcertified medical device manufacturer seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize daytoday production and manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficiency quality and compliance across all aspects of tooling manufacturing assembly packaging and distribution. The Director of Operations will lead crossfunctional teams to enhance productivity streamline workflows and maintain the companys highquality standards. Due to promotions they have asked our team to identify a topgrade Director of Operations for their plant in the Northwest Pennsylvania area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations preferably in plastic injection molding or medical device manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problemsolving skills with a track record of improving manufacturing efficiency.
- Experience with tooling operations mold maintenance and production optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
