Were looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER to join ourteam at Friendship Hyundai of Princeton.
Our ideal candidate will have welldevelopedleadership skills a strong sense of urgency ingenuityand exceptionalinterpersonal skills!
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall dealership performance
- Ensureproper operation of all departments
- Partner with Executive Leaders to maximize dealership profitability
- Evaluate Department Managersand establish departmentgoals
- Workdirectly with leadershipteam tooverseeall dealership team members
- Effectively communicate with Controllers to report and analyzebusiness metrics
- Drive business throughhighlevel involvement in daily operations
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers to enhance customer satisfactionand dealership reputation
- Engage and motivateteam members to follow establishedprocesses and best practices
- Facilitate regulartraining for continued team growth and education
- Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship Family and culture
Requirements:
- 5 year(s) of automotive General Sales Managementexperience
- Aboveaverage record of profitability market share performance and CSI
- Enthusiastic personality with highenergy attitude
- Ability to be adaptablewhileleading and training others
- Customerfocused and processoriented
- Available to workflexible hours in fastpaced environment
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
