Your new role:
Youll be stepping into the role of a colleague who has taken on a new challenge within the business. Were incredibly proud of her and LOVE to see our people thrive in their careers! As the Quality Assurance Specialist youll assist the Head of Short Tail Claims with the daytoday operations of the claims team ensuring best practice claims management and delivering exceptional customer service. While you wont be directly leading people youll have a significant influence on the direction of the claims function and a seat at the leadership table.
