$154584 to $180657 per annum 13 bonus contract loading 13 super private use vehicle with parking space.

The City of Hobart is seeking a visionary and valuesdriven People and Culture leader to deliver contemporary integrated workforce strategies that support a highperforming inclusive and futureready organisation.

This is a pivotal role in a period of cultural and operational evolution. Were looking for someone who brings strength perspective and resilience and who thrives in complexityturning challenge into opportunity.

This is a key senior role with broad impact across organisational strategy leadership capability employee experience and workplace culture. Reporting to the Director Corporate Services youll lead a group of specialist teams across HR Learning and Development Payroll and Work Health and Safety (WHS).
