Job Description

Will play a pivotal role in overseeing thedaily HR outsourcing operations managing personnel activities and ensuringcompliance with employment regulations & Egyptian Labour Law with ExternalClients. This role requires extensive experience with EOR services to supportour global workforce effectively.

  • The ideal candidate will be a strategicthinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills capable of drivingHR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle includingrecruitment onboarding performance management and off boarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers andemployees on HRrelated matters including conflict resolution employeerelations and career development.
  • Design and implement effective recruitmentstrategies such as posting job ads screening resumes conducting interviewsand negotiating offers. ensure that the hiring process complies with the legaland ethical standards of the industry and the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure employeerecords are accurate and uptodate.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll calculationsincluding deductions taxes and benefits.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensurecompliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for monitoring & recording ofabsence levels by monitoring all leaves and ensuring that relevant policies areadhered to in each department and provide statistical data to managers inrelation to this when needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programsincluding health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and resolveany issues or discrepancies.
  • Educate employees about their benefits andassist them with enrolment and changes.
  • Maintain employee records including personaldata employment contracts and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for newhires and ensure they are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports togovernment agencies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR andpayroll practices are uptodate and compliant.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees onHRrelated matters.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster apositive work environment.
  • Participate in the development andimplementation of HR policies and procedures.







Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field. as well as several years of experience inhuman resources
  • Communication leadership analyticalorganizational and interpersonal skills are all necessary for success.
  • Proven experience in EOR Services payroll processingrecruitment and HR administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple prioritiesand projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Egyptian employmentlaws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • High attention to detail and organizationalskills.
  • Excellent implementation of Labour Law SocialInsurance Law and Income Taxes
  • Professional use of Microsoft Officeapplications
  • Good at working HR Systems ERP & Cloud asZOHO Recruit ZOHO People
  • Excellent English verbal and writtencommunication skills
