About the role
Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be supporting young active participants with both complex physical and social needs. If you enjoy a varied working day that includes outdoor activities as well as community access. Your role will be to engage with our people and encourage and support them to get the most out of each day!
Support categories include assistance with daily life transport assistance with social and community participation improved daily living skills etc.
Your ability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers weekends is highly desirable.
