From the moment a project begins youll be the driving force behind making it happen smoothly on time and to the highest standard.
- Own the Schedule: Youll take the reins on project timelines assign tasks to the crew and ensure all the moving parts come together perfectly.
- Oversee Logistics: Handle everything from parts requests to coordinating deliveries and making sure the right equipment is at the right place at the right time.
- Ensure TopNotch : Review project documents prep the team and monitor progress to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communicate Across the Board: Be the key point of contact between clients the internal team and our partners. Your job is to make sure everyones on the same page and that our clients expectations are not just metbut exceeded.
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience ideally in construction smart homes or the lowvoltage industry (AV systems smart tech etc..
- Legal Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. have a clean driving record and pass a background screening.
- Tech Enthusiast: A passion for home automation A/V and smart home technology is a must. We love working with the latest gadgets and we want someone whos equally excited about that.
- Organized & Efficient: Youve got a knack for juggling multiple projects and know how to keep everything running on time and within budget.
- Collaborative Leader: You enjoy working in a team environment and your leadership style is both handson and positive.
