Tasks/responsibilities:
- Invoice Creation during Month End/Quarterly Yearly closings as well as on demand in SAP/R3
- Quality Assurance of Invoice Creation Processes
- Definition of Product Master Data
- Implementation of Changes in Billing Processes by customizing in SAP/R3
- Active Participation in Billing Projects
- Close collaboration with all involved Stakeholders
- Define manage and operate standardised intercompany charging billing booking reconciliation and the required internal controls
- Simplify current intercompany processes define business requirements for streamlined and digital processes in the ongoing intercompany transformation project including fostering SAP S4 implementation and eliminate nonvaluable complexities
Qualifications/required skills:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting
- 2 years of professional experience in Finance or masters degree
- Knowhow preferably experience in Accounting Taxation and Controlling
- SAP R/3 SAP BW and SAP/FI knowledge is preferred
- Analytical competence and problem solving skills with a focus on detail ability of critical thinking
- Selfmotivated initiative committed and goal oriented
- Communication skills openness and a talent in managing senior stakeholder relations
- Business fluent in German and English
