Director Leadership Annual Gift Officer
Identify engage and successfully solicit individuals and corporations for the purposes of securing an increasing amount of annual gifts for Lipscomb University; support donor relations with gift acknowledgment stewardship pledge fulfillment and gift renewal for contributors; coordinate activities of gift societies where appropriate; plan and manage special events when appropriate.

Individual Solicitations: 70
- Manage portfolio of 200 households of annual giving prospects. (annual gift <$25000
- Provide development leadership by identifying engaging and successfully soliciting individuals corporations and foundations for gift support.
- Establish and solicit gifts for Lipscomb University programs colleges and scholarships.
- Identify donors and solicitation strategies to move annual gift donors to major gift donors.
- Identify matching and challenge gifts for Lipscombs Annual Giving Day.
Program Responsibility: 20
- In collaboration with the Assistant Vice President for Annual Giving review and improve the Lipscomb Associates Program
- Manage portfolio of 75 households of annual giving prospects. (annual gift <$25000
- Develop and implement a leadership annual giving strategy that focuses on recruiting retaining and stewarding donors. (May include direct mail social media email strategy and other various digital channels)
Stewardship and Engagement: 10
Manage and monitor donor relationships and prospects effectively ensuring appropriate call reports and documentation are properly recorded.
- Report on all contact and fundraising activity by entering appropriate data and contact reports in Raisers Edge
- Ensure that any benefits for the Lipscomb Associates program are fulfilled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
