Job Description

Duties (include but are not limited to):Work with medically fragile childrenAct as a consultant for health educationMaintain appropriate school and state statistical informationInterpret the health and developmental assessment to parents teachers administrators and other professionalsParticipate in the development of Individual Educational Plans/504/ESTDelegates and supervises specific health care duties to designated person(s)Provide health counseling to students parents and school personnel as appropriateCollaborate with other school personnel in monitoring reporting and recommending changes for safety hazards and sanitary conditions in the school environmentProvide inservice for health related issues as neededProvide health care servicesAdhere to all District policies and regulations
