Job Description
Regional Asset Manager
Were seeking a resultsdriven Regional Asset Manager to lead a diverse property portfolio. Youll drive financial performance optimize operations and enhance tenant satisfaction by collaborating with property teams and implementing strategic improvements. Your expertise in financial analysis market trends and property assessments will be key in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize property performance to maximize profitability and value.
- Lead strategic planning and performance assessments.
- Ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage budgets financial reports and capital improvements.
- Develop site business plans including goals for investment sales and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Arizona Real Estate License required (must obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Proficient in Windows MS Word Excel and property management software.
- 35 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of property management/related experience.
- Strong leadership communication sales marketing management and analytical skills.
- ARM CPM or CAM designations a plus.
