Production Operator
Our client inRichmond INis looking for hard working individuals who love toexhibit creative problemsolving work with molten materials display a positive attitude and promote the driven culture of accountability competence responsibility proactiveness and teamwork.

Second shift (Hours: 6:00p.m to 4:30am)
Starting $16/hr. with shift differentials

What will you be doing
Follow batch ticket instructions and any applicable process sheets concerning batch formulation for mixing raw materials.
Accurately document batch ticket data.
Maintain temperature and color consistency through proper procedures.
Assist with spray process.
Ensure quality material is produced packaged labeled and delivered to finish stores.
Accurately document what was produced packaged labeled and delivered.
Monitor and requisition packaging materials.
Adhere to the Holland Colours policies procedures and work instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. A large portion of the job is cleaning to prevent cross contamination of products.
What do you bring to the job
Experience and love of working a fastpaced environment.
6 months production operator work experience.
Ability to consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
Steel toe safety boots.
Ability to commit to full time hours.
