Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their studio operations team as a Control Room Shift Manager. This role involves supervising live gaming activities during a designated shift ensuring operational efficiency asset security and strong team performance.

Responsibilities:
As a Control Room Shift Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise live game operations across assigned tables during the shift.
- Prioritize the security and integrity of all games and studio assets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all game rules and procedures adapting to updates as required.
- Monitor for and report any suspicious activity that may compromise game fairness.
- Manage table assignments openings closures and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Resolve gaming errors using a ticketing system and escalate disputes to senior management when needed.
- Ensure the overall studio operation remains functional and report all incidents or technical issues.
- Foster a professional and collaborative work environment with other teams and departments.
- Mentor Control Room Specialists providing performance assessments and development feedback.
- Maintain consistent game quality and uphold company standards.
- Carry out other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18.
- Legal right to work in Bulgaria.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competence in using industry-relevant tools and systems.
- Previous experience in online or land-based casino operations preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
