Job Description
Job Summary:
TriFLEXSI Home Health Care Inc. is seeking dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapists for fulltime positions in Houston Texas and surrounding areas specifically in Missouri City. The Occupational Therapist will work as an individual contributor to provide highquality clientcentered care to patients in their homes. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting independence and improving daily function for individuals with physical or mental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the functional needs of clients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
Provide therapy services including therapeutic exercises adaptive equipment and home modifications to improve mobility strength and motor skills
Train and educate clients and their families on proper techniques for daytoday activities and tasks
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and liaise with insurance companies to ensure continuity of care
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Previous experience in a similar setting preferably home health care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within designated service areas
