We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.
We are offering competitive pay and benefits above Industry Standards! This is an onsite position in Everett WA relocation is not currently available.
The Service Advisor is responsible for beginning automotive services and repairs by understanding vehicle performance issues and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customers primary concerns by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test and reviewing additional maintenance needs as needed
- Prepare a repair order showing time cost and labor estimates for service that are fair competitive transparent price quotes with the customer while keeping the dealerships best interest in mind
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Work with customers on inspection results and recommend service procedures
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a service environment
- Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting CSI standards
- Outstanding communications skills
- Professional appearance and work ethics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Bilingual strongly preferred

Salary: $60000.00 $100000.00 per year
