Job Description

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigning Priority:Youll need to prioritize vehicle Repair Orders and assign them to the appropriate Technicians
- Workflow Management:Overseeing the flow of work in the shop to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Contract Repairs:Organizing external repairs when necessary ensuring work is completed to standard
- Quality Control:Inspecting completed work and associated documentation for accuracy and quality
- Training and Mentoring:Providing guidance and support to new team members
- Safety Compliance:Monitoring the workspace and staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Customer Communication:Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns
WERE LOOKING FOR A SELFSTARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate with others effectively
