At CLUTCH a division of 24G we create digital experiences that power some of the worlds most iconic events and brands. Our team of developers designers and creatives specializes in crafting interactive activations that captivate audiences tell compelling stories and drive engagement in unforgettable ways.
Were seeking an Experiential Developer to join our team. As an Experiential Developer you will develop maintain and deploy applications for live events around the world. While primarily working with web development technologies youll also need to adapt and learn new tools to bring new experiences to life.
Most importantly were looking for passionate developers eager to grow and expand their skill sets. If you thrive in a collaborative team environment enjoy seeing projects through from concept to and have a strong focus on delivering impactful experiences this is the role for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop highquality code to meet project requirements.
- Maintain and support applications for live events and trade shows.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail.
- Implement feedback from senior members of the team.
- Follow company coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in project kickoffs daily standups and review meetings.
- Occasionally travel to event locations for deployment and support.
What you need to succeed
- Strong ability to follow instructions and ask meaningful clarifying questions.
- High aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain code youve developed.
- A focus on meeting project and client needs effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience developing software in any programming language.
- 1 years of experience with Git for version control.
Preferred Experience
- Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Development or a related field.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js Vue.js.
- Experience working with databases.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform GCP or AWS.
- Selfguided project experience demonstrating initiative and problemsolving.
- Experience working in an agency environment or with clientdriven projects.
