We are seeking a talentedSharePoint Developer individual to join ourMMC Tech team atMarsh McLennan. This role will be based inClujNapoca Romania as part of our local Tech Hub.
Marsh McLennan (MMC) has established its EMEA Technology Hub in Cluj Romania reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. This hub is central to our digital strategy addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth.
We will count on you to:
- Develop configure and maintain SharePoint sites libraries lists and workflows.
- Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer PowerShell and other tools.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement SharePointbased workflows and document management solutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePointrelated issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices.
What you need to have:
- Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online SharePoint 2016/2019 and Office 365.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
