Job Description
This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a fulltime role with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).
Operational :
- Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
- Perform verfications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
- Manage commercial account manager concerns
- Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs trade materials SKU requests)
- Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
- Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
- Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
- Check market standing via liquidity test
- Support Philippine market
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years in College/University in business areas such as management marketing or economics or IT related courses
- Experience with CRM or subscription management tool (Salesforce Base Chargebee etc. is preferred
- Familiarity with MS Excel functions (pivot vlookup etc) and Google products is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Filipino
- Ability to be flexible problemsolve and wear multiple hats in a startup and multicultural environment
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures
- High level of integrity honesty and judgement;
- Diligence and discipline in work ethics
- Willing to work on a weekend or holiday if necessary
- Can work on a projectbasis 6months) under a thirdparty agency
