Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various phone calls to understand their photography needs and preferences.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to assess clients requirements and recommend suitable newborn baby or maternity photography packages tailored to their preferences and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Raika Photographys services packages pricing and offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to booking.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner and track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
