Corporate Payroll Services is seeking experienced sales professionals for a fulltime salaried position offering a base pay plus uncapped commission potential. Ontarget earning potential could be between $85000 to $95000 (including commissions) in the first year.
This position will focus on new business development. Leads are 50 self generated through cold calls to businesses provided on leads lists and 50 generated through the companys marketing and insides sales call center teams. Essential Duties:
- Cold calling and marketing our Payroll and H.R products and services to businesses to close sales.
- New business development through direct prospecting efforts and networking.
- Scheduling and running presentations/ demos with executives business owners and decision makers in person or using online platforms such as Skype Zoom GoogleMeet RingCentral etc.
- Managing deals and accounts using the company CRM.
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of b2b sales experience
- 2 years of lead generation and business development experience
- A valid drivers license access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experienced with online video meeting platforms such as Zoom Skype Google Meet RingCentral etc desired.
- Experience with sales CRM systems desired.
