Job Description
Responsible for the management and refinement of Bannerbased integrated general business processes their definition and maintenance. Evaluate coordinate implement and enhance the flow and processing of general module information in the Ellucian Banner General System used by the four campuses. Acts as the functional specialist for this system and is responsible for testing and maintaining the system; coordinating the testing and installation of new releases; reviewing new release documentation and alerting end users and business areas of changes that affect their area of responsibility. Responsible for the management and of Banner Security. Responsible for the management oversight and coordination of Banner generated ID resolution for duplicates. Write and maintain clear documentation of system changes and processes for use by the four campuses; maintain and test data between the General System and other state federal and private systems; research and develop new methods to automate financial aid processes and procedures electronically via Banner or other applications; and provide training to all users.
