Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Kubernetes Administrator. This candidate will be a key player to help discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofRichardson TX or bewilling to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At Least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 3 years in Linux and Kubernetes.
- Design and implement Kubernetes platform onpremises including compute network load balancer storage etc as per application requirements.
- Experience in Kubernetes Platform and worked in implementing and managing OpenShift Platform on Bare Metal.
- Experience in integrating Enterprise storage solution with Kubernetes Platform through CSI driver.
- Experience in Setting up and managing container working.
- Implementing and managing Container registry platform monitoring logging and C/CD solution.
- Experience in container security.
- Responsible for day 2 platform support and on call support in off business hours.
- Manage SRE and support activities on 24x7 shifts.

- Familiarity with Spectro Cloud Kubernetes solution will be a big advantage
- knowledge in managing private docker/image repositories (Quay Nexus JFrog etc...
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines DevOps
- Strong communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Have good knowledge on Troubleshooting and providing speedy solution in case of failure of the database.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails extensive amount of travel.
