Job Description

HEAVY DUTY MECHANIC JOURNEYPERSON/JOURNEYMAN located in Grande Prairie AB

Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyperson will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for daily repairs and preventative maintenance of Calfracs well servicing equipment. Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyperson will focus on diagnosing and repairing equipment in a timely and effective manner.

SCHEDULE:

Local:Eight 8 days on six 6 days off
Shop and Field positions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Journeyman Heavy Duty Millwright or Automotive Certification required
45 years of related experience
Successful completion of the Interprovincial Journeyman Red Seal program is preferred
Certified to complete CVIP / DOT inspections would be considered an asset
Unrestricted Class 5 drivers license with satisfactory drivers abstract
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience as a heavy duty mechanic heavy duty mechanicapprentice oil and gas Oil & gas energy services mechanic apprentice journeyperson journeyperson heavy duty automotive millwright red seal Interprovincial Journeyman is an asset.
