Your Tasks
As a consultant at d.vinci you will be primarily responsible for the introduction of our applicant management and onboarding software either on site or remotely. In particular you will have the following areas of responsibility:
- You understand our customers HR processes and advise them on software integration. You then configure the processes together with the customer in our software
- You will be in customer workshops and training courses 23 days a week preferably remotely and will lead them independently
- 34 workshops per month are not a hurdle for you
- Between the workshops you support your colleagues in software support with your consulting expertise
- You are the central interface between our customers development and other project and cooperation partners
- Your ideas and experiences from close customer contact help product management in the further development of our software solutions
Your Profile
Are you passionate about consulting in B2B business and have experience in consulting and in conducting workshops and training courses Then everything else is just a sideshow:
- You have successfully completed a business degree and successfully completed commercial vocational training
- You enjoy analyzing complex corporate structures and mapping them in the software
- You have experience in software consulting
- IT affinity and quick comprehension are your passion
- A high willingness to travel in the DACH region is a given for you
- You have very good knowledge of German and good English
