Regional Manager Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)

As our Regional Manager Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) youll take on a national leadership role overseeing a team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand. This is your opportunity to shape strategy drive business growth and lead a highperforming team in a role that truly makes a difference.
Location: Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne
What You Will Do
Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand fostering a highperformance culture.
Drive the strategic direction and of sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons hospitals and industry stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.
What You Will Need
Required:
Bachelors degree in business marketing health or something similar
Minimum 4 years of sales or sales management experience
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth
A passion for coaching and developing highperforming teams
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills at all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices pharmaceutical or health care industry
