Your Responsibilities:
You lead your agile development team with passion and according to the principles of Agile Product Ownership. With your commitment you create a productive motivating and inspiring work environment where creative ideas can thrive.
You are the central hub for our dynamic team and take responsibility for ticket and backlog management with enthusiasm. Your organizational skills ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In collaboration with the product manager and business analyst you prepare inspiring functional requirements and innovative concepts based on the principles of UserCentered Design. You prioritize thoughtfully to ensure that the most valuable features are implemented first.
You develop exciting and clearly articulated user stories that serve as a solid foundation for our development projects. Your ability to simplify and clarify complex requirements drives our team forward.
In close and creative collaboration with our talented developers and software architects you create innovative concepts and forwardthinking solutions. Your teamspirit and vision bring fresh energy to our projects.
What You Bring:
Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) ideally in the field of health data digital health solutions or health IT with proven experience in developing usercentered products.
A completed degree preferably from a renowned university in business informatics health management business administration or a related field that underscores your academic excellence.
Comprehensive knowledge in data management data protection and relevant regulatory requirements enabling you to design innovative solutions that meet the highest standards.
Knowledge and proven experience with agile methodologies along with facilitation communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for creative problemsolving combined with strong analytical skills and curiosity about various topics fluent German and English skills are required.
