Childrens Dental FunZone is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Dental Manager to join our team in Santa Ana CA. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the dental office ensuring a smooth workflow
- Support the Office Manager in supervising staff and maintaining a positive team culture
- Handle scheduling insurance verification and patient communication
- Monitor treatment plans collections and financial reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies
- Train and assist front office and back office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 12 years of dental management or leadership experience (required)
- Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO HMO MediCal) and billing procedures
- Experience with dental practice management software Dentrix Ascend preferred
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)

- Job Type: FullTime Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Spme Saturdays 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
- Salary: $52000 $65000 Benefits
