Job Description
Are you organized detailoriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Diehl Ford and Hyundai of Sharon is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately for multiple dealerships and manufacturers
- Maintain records of warranty repairs and claims in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate with service advisors technicians and manufacturers to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Stay updated on warranty policies and procedures for Ford and Hyundai.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive warranty processing preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
