The Talent Development Manager is responsible for the delivery of bespoke training programs that align with Auberge Resorts Collection initiatives and collaborations. This individual will be the training Ambassador on property to ensure that all departments are aligned and focused on their particular training needs. Serving as a facilitator the Talent Development Manager will put their unique spin on existing training programs as well as focus on the professional development of each team member on property.
The starting pay range for this position is $85000$95000/yr. This is the pay range for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education.
