Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting new role for a passionate Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to grow their career with us!

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing organic and paid media efforts email communications and website updates. This position helps implement strategic and tactical B2B digital marketing programs at a segment and business level to help the organization realize its business objectives. This role requires a combination of data analysis creative and growth marketing to create winning digital marketing programs across search social email and web.

The position requires a handson collaborative flexible approach with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines. The role is best suited for a highachiever with a proven ability to contribute individually (through handson as well as part of a resultsfocused team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement search and social efforts directing quality traffic to the company website in line with business goals and objectives.
• Build email communications in line with best practices and business objectives
• Update the website in conjunction with content campaign and business objectives
• Plan execute and measure digital experiments and conversion tests
• Evaluate data at tactic audience and segment levels to optimize spend and marketing performance
• Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present them to internal stakeholders along with actionable recommendations
• Stay current with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

What will you bring to the role

You will have at least 4 years of digital marketing experience as part of a marketing team. You will be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and executing digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate. Experience with paid media platforms analyzing digital results and creating designs from templates highly desired.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• Hold a Bachelors degree in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience in a fulltime role
• Solid knowledge of Google GA4 Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager and other management/measurement tools as well as campaign functionality within Microsoft Dynamics and MailChimp
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A selfstarter with the initiative and ability to think commercially as well as creatively.
• You would need to be adaptable dynamic and resultsdriven and be comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team on varying tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.
• Proficient in the following software platforms Microsoft Office Adobe (Photoshop Illustrator Acrobat) or equivalent WordPress landing page builders like Beaver Builder
