Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. All degrees must be from a recognized institutional accreditor. At least two 2 years of relevant work experience in a social service or studentoriented educational environment providing case management. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member. Strong problem solving and customer service skills. Ability to maintain sensitivity understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment inclusive of students faculty and staff of varying social economic cultural ideological and ethnic backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Evidence of a working knowledge and understanding of the various resource and communitybased agencies and supports available to address academic and social barriers in Philadelphia. Knowledge of and experience with adult literacy education programs ABE GED / HSE ESL . Bilingual.
