You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Wise Business our international business account.
The Wise Business account helps small and mediumsized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth.
An increasing share of our 625000 business customers and the 20000 businesses that join them every month trust Wise with their daytoday finances.
In this role youll partner with Product and GTM leads to develop & implement strategy as we continue to scale Wise Business. Youll lead a small team 2 of Product Analysts so your time will be split between handson work and people leadership responsibilities.

WHAT YOULL DO
Partner with Product Leads to define the product and growth strategy for Wise Business identifying the most impactful opportunities for Wise Business with your analysis of product and customer data
Coach & develop a team of high performing analysts promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Collaborate with and influence other crossfunctional partners (Product Operations Customer Support FinCrime/KYC Marketing) to implement the strategy
Identify & implement opportunities to unblock and accelerate progress to deliver the strategy
Define and track KPIs; communicate progress (this could range from written updates in Slack to quarterly planning presentations to the wider company)
Build automated data pipelines and BI to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data selfserve
Lead and coordinate crossteam projects with analysts and other functions to achieve Wise Business objectives
Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL BRING
Technical Skills: 7 years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python). Experience delivering high quality data and selfserve analytics using tools like Airflow dbt and Looker.
Team Management: 2 years experience developing and leading analysts. Performing detailed performance reviews providing constructive feedback to identify and nurture strengths and address development areas
Ownership: Previous experience developing & implementing business strategy (e.g. product GTM) across a broad business area. You enjoy working independently in a fastpaced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen triage requests by impact and you know when and how to adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results.
