Our client in Eden Prairie area needs 2 Days a week (Tuesday and Friday) from 91 or 4 hour support!

We would like to talk to you. We want reliable and hardworking CareGivers who know healthcare and can support Seniors/elders in daily life meals household physical support personal cares morning daytime and evening settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with everyday activities of daily living
• Arrive to care visits on time with a positive attitude
• Monitor and report changes in patients health
• Provide adequate care and companionship

Qualifications

• Reliable form of transportation proof of drivers license and auto insurance
• Criminal Background clear/Drug screen clear
• Positive attitude
• Strong sense of professionalism
• Well timed attendance
