Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse skill sets.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards referrals market mapping and talent communities.
- Build a strong passive talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Implement innovative employer branding initiatives to enhance talent engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders understanding workforce needs and aligning TA strategies accordingly.
- Drive collaborative hiring processes ensuring seamless communication between TA HRBPs and business units.
- Set clear expectations provide market insights and advise on hiring trends to influence talent decisions.
Recruitment Metrics & Analytics:
- Define and track key TA metrics (TAT source effectiveness costperhire quality of hire etc..
- Present datadriven insights and recruitment dashboards to leadership.
- Continuously optimize TA performance based on hiring trends efficiency and feedback.
Talent Acquisition Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvements in the hiring process to enhance candidate experience and reduce timetofill.
- Ensure compliance with company policies DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) initiatives and best recruitment practices.
- Lead or contribute to TA projects such as ATS optimization employer branding and referral programs.
- Train and mentor recruiters on best practices in sourcing and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
8 years of experience in endtoend recruitment with expertise in sourcing stakeholder management and TA analytics.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in TA metrics reporting and datadriven hiring decisions.
Proficiency in ATS tools (Workday Taleo Greenhouse or similar) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search etc..
Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills.
Experience in fastpaced highgrowth environments (e.g. IT Tech Consulting or Startups) is a plus.
