Job Description
Local Client has animmediate need for a TechnoFunctional Oracle EPM Business Analyst. This is aHybrid position.
The company is goingfrom a Legacy system to implement Oracle so youwill be responsible for themanagement support and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications and willunderstand requirements translate them into technical specifications andimplement solutions that optimize business processes.
EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) BSA: Experienced withsupport and implementation of the following Oracle EPM modules: EDMCS EPBCS ARCS FCCS NarrativeReporting.
Requirements
Bachelorsdegree in IT Engineering/Information Systems or related field required.
5years in a business analysis environment focusing on Oracle Fusionapplications.
OracleCloud Certification in related to area of expertise and modules is a plus.
Proficiencyin databases Excel HCM Extract BI Reports including RTF eText and ExcelTemplate and XSL and OTBI reports.
Excellentexperience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File Based Data Import (FBDI).
Expertisein Fast Formulas HCM design studio and customization of the global data modelfor the HCM Extracts and Bursting logic.
Excellentfunctional knowledge in setting up lookups values set work structures areaof responsibility personalization Business Process Management (BPM)approval and configurations.
Exceptionalexperience with REST API SOAP Web Services Application Composer PageComposer and Page Configurator
Expertisewith bidirectional interfaces for ERP SCM HCM and EPM.
Welldevelopedanalytical diagnostic and problemsolving skills with the ability totranslate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
