Job Title: UK Admission Consultant
Location: Valasaravakkam Chennai
About Us:
Edufynd is looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to provide comprehensive support to students planning to study abroad. This role focuses on guiding students and their families through each step of the processfrom choosing programs and universities to navigating applications and visa requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Consultations: Provide personalized consultations to understand students academic and career goals recommending suitable studyabroad options.
- Application Guidance: Assist with applications to international universities including personal statement guidance recommendation letters and meeting deadlines.
- UptoDate Information: Stay current on overseas programs visa guidelines and scholarship opportunities to give accurate relevant advice.
- Documentation Support: Help students complete required paperwork including visa applications and financial documentation.
- Workshops & Webinars: Conduct sessions on application processes cultural adaptation and career pathways poststudy.
- FollowUp Support: Maintain communication with students throughout their journey addressing concerns and offering ongoing support.
- Customer Service: Ensure a seamless and supportive experience for students and their families.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Education Counseling or related field (Masters or additional certifications a plus).
- Experience: Background in student counseling or education consulting with a strong understanding of the studyabroad process.
- Skills: Excellent communication organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on empathy and studentcentered support.
- Technology: Familiar with counseling software application management tools and Microsoft Office.
