Job Description
- Full Time Permanent Contract
- 76 hours per fortnight
- Option to work 80 hours per fortnight that will include ADO accrual
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute subacute aged care and community services.
Reporting to the Executive Director People & Culture you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team within our Division and you will work closely with the Managers within the People & Culture directorate.
In addition to your relevant Human Resources qualifications and/or significant experience to be successful you will bring an infectious positive energy and professionalism to all you do. You must be a pragmatic problem solver who looks for the opportunities for improvement in every situation. You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities ready to support the team whilst encouraging our people to deliver their best.
Our Region:
- Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100 000 throughout the northeast.
- An easy 2 hours drive on the Hume freeway from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most of the large Australian cities.
