Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate multiple projects of significant magnitude in terms of complexity cost timeconstraints internal and external staffing and equipment including software and hardware.
- Provide direction to project team including assignment of individual responsibilities tasks and technical functions.
- Manage a project within the triple constraints of scope schedule and budget.
- Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
- Analyze project profitability forecasts appropriate monthly costs for revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
- Provide Project Management Practices and Solution Development Leadership to the PreSales efforts in accordance with presales processes.
- Must have knowledge of the constraints and methods for defining and demonstrating equipment subsystem and system performance criteria.
- Skilled in crafting detailed project schedules that cover all engineering installation and integration activities including significant milestones imposed by external entities which can impact project implementation.
- Apply base principles of systems engineering in the project efforts and in presales solution development efforts which includes:
- Developing and validating the customers argument proposal estimate and high level scheduling.
What We Are Looking For:
We need a candidate who has a strong project management background and can effectively collaborate and lead teams to achieve our ambitious goals.
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred although equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 57 years experience in material handling industry.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Team leadership and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
