Caregiver

We are looking for a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team! The right candidate has a cando attitude a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. Part time but room for growth if desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eating

• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.

• Plan and prepare meals

• Assist with physical therapy exercises

• Complete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

• Perform housekeeping duties

• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessary

Qualifications

Have a BLS CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Minimum 1 year home care experienced with CNA licensure beneficial.
