CLW provides dayhab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. CLW Direct Support Professionals DSPs do not work weekends and are not on call! You will never be forced to work over!
We are looking for highly motivated Direct Support Professionals DSPs for fulltime day shift positions (MF) at our Springfield Ohio location to assist individuals with developmental disabilities focusing on quality care and daily activities dayhab and vocational services. As a Direct Support Professional DSP you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of our developmentally disabled clients. Make a difference in their lives every day!
Requirements for a Direct Support Professional DSP:
- Prior experience working with individuals w/ developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. We will train you! All you really need is a compassionate heart and the willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass preemployment physical and drug test
- Must be able to pass criminal background requirements
